Here are some tips to deal with motion sickness:

  • ☕ Avoid alcohol and caffeine, as they can worsen symptoms.
  • Avoid reading or using screens during the commute, as they increase nausea.
  • Get plenty of rest, as fatigue can make dizziness worse.
